Although rural this home is only 4 miles from interstate 40! Approx an hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.
