Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Welcome to our newly constructed, Ocean-view guest suite. The studio is fresh as of summer 2021 and is located on the second story with a private walkway and entrance, plush queen-size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, TV +Wifi, and all of the amenities you need to feel at home during your stay. Guests can relax and unwind in South Oceanside, with excellent restaurants near by and the beach located less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from your door.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FURNITURE & PHOTOS ARE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED Secluded & family friendly house - blocks from downtown Oceanside and tons of restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach, less than a mile to the Pier and Oceanside harbor, & seconds to the 5 and 76 Freeways! While being a newer and upscale place, our home is the perfect spot to stay if you are visiting San Diego! We are also happy to welcome dogs for a small fee.
