Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!

It is a guest studio with an independent private entrance in a newly built home in quiet residential neighborhood in Los Gatos, CA. The studio can comfortably host up to 2 adults. The studio is close to Santa Cruz mountains with world class wineries, state parks and beaches. It is also in the heart of Silicon Valley, a few miles away from offices of Netflix, Apple etc. We are 15 mins away from SJC airport and 40 mins from SFO airport.

Eden Cottage is our 686 square foot space in west San Jose. It is a custom built (in 2018) 1 Bedroom cottage with a private entrance, super fast WiFi, 50 inch flat screen TV, skylights, full kitchen, a bathroom with a huge shower plus a full sized washer and dryer pair. The cottage is entirely separate from our home and has a small yard and patio under a large oak tree that provides shade to the entire area.

There are no pets allowed (due to documented allergy) and smoking is prohibited. We enjoy convenient access to both I-85 and 17.
