Cozy waterfront home perfect for a couples getaway

Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

The Bunkie is a STAND ALONE structure, separate from the Beach House. Consider this if traveling with young kids. This cozy bunkie (10’ x 14’) sports a comfy King sized bed, vaulted ceiling, great views and a covered deck. THIIS IS THE ONLY CLIMATE CONTROLLED AREA at the property.

It is half way between Baddeck and Sydney and a perfect spot for anyone travelling the Cabot Trail. Firewood provided for fire pit if the burn ban is not in effect. Kayaks are available to use at your own risk, with life jackets, and if you are experienced in paddling.
