Enjoy access to a network of paved trails that lead from the river to the beach and right up to the back door of the home. Relax on the deck and watch deer wander by. Prepare your meals in a fully stocked kitchen, or partake of many of the excellent local eateries nearby. The Break in Pacific City is ready for your stay. The Break is a two bedroom, two bath cabin-like home perfect for your beach get-away or surfing excursion. Enjoy a large living room with leather sofas opening up to a large wrap around deck and a back yard with fire pit. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality linens and bedding, unique design and furnishings through out. You have multiple points to access the beach, all a short walk away (the closest is 5 min). The Pelican brewery is a easily walkable (<15 min). All are accessible via a paved trail systems that backs right up to the property. You are also just steps away to the river with fishing and boarding available. Master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king-sized bed, and built in charging cables for your smart-phones. Second bedroom on the upper floor has a comfy queen, and two twin beds, and built in USB ports for your smartphones. The loft overlooking the main living area is equipped with a TV area (with Apple TV, Wii, Blu-ray player) for relaxing and enjoying a movie. The loft also has a cozy reading area, and a comfy full-sized futon and bedding for an additional sleeping area if needed. You'll have full access to the entire property We are just a text away to answer questions, give recommendations, anything our guests need. We are committed to you enjoying your stay at The Break. Set in the small beach side town of Pacific City, the house is a short walk from the beach, Pelican Brewery, coffee houses, restaurants, and charming shops. Enjoy surfing scenic Cape Kiwanda (one of the best surfing spots on the Oregon coast), stand-up paddle boarding in the bay, ATV riding in Sand Lake, or any number of coastal attractions from Tillamook and Oceanside to Newport Bay. At the end of the day, enjoy a pint at Pelican or just around the firepit in the backyard. Everything is walkable in Pacific City, and there is no public transportation. There's a lot of local wildlife, and deer are plentiful in the area so just be on the look out - while driving and while sitting on the deck.

This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Coats Cottage

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included. The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

This delightful, cozy cabin with HOT TUB is the perfect getaway for 2. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
