Orig. from Germany, we love our little paradise on Ruth Lake and would like to share it with you. We live on the same property, there is enough room to respect each other's privacy. You are welcome to the gifts of nature and the use of kayak, canoe, fishing boat( licen.) bicycles. We are very well travelled and know exactly how nice it is to find a welcoming home away from home. It is offgrid with no electricity or cell service, sky light windows providing natural light and a wood stove for heating. In the wilderness yet minutes from the highway, outdoor cooking on the wood fired grille, sunset and star watching await. Wildlife is abundant, and you can explore the 4 lakes chain. With only 2 cabins, 80m apart, enjoy your own little world. Or vacation with friends, host a wedding or family reunion! If renting both cabins, we allow RV's/tents with your party for a small fee.

This tree house is a getaway dream. It emanates romance and is a stay unlike any other. 14 feet up in the trees with lots of windows and lovely wood work you'll sleep like never before. Enjoy coffee up in the trees with the birds. Peek over the rim of your coffee and look down to see the dear grazing the fields. I hand crafted this treehouse from the ground up, it was entirely built from salvaged material. It has all the amenities of a hotel but a hotel for just you and your partner.
