Our maisonette is situated in the heart of the majestic seaside town of Tenby inside the town castle walls. This is a 200 year old listed building so note it is quirky in places.… this just adding to its charm. A great blend of old and new with a modern day light, sleek & chic look. Our apartment is located up a small flight of stairs. The stairs shared with the retail outlet below. The main access door is to the side of the shop. There can be some external noise at peak times and weekends.

Swallow Tree is beautiful & tranquil. We have direct access to the beach via a natural sloping path through pinewoods. When the tide is fully in Swallow Tree Bay is a secluded shingle cove; at low tide it is a huge beach, stretching from Saundersfoot village to Monkstone Point. The Pembrokeshire Coastal path runs alongside our seaward boundary, a huge bonus for walkers, nature lovers and fishermen. We also offer excellent indoor leisure facilities, including an indoor pool, gym & sauna.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment close to the Harbour

The architect has maxed out its penthouse location with skylights flooding the kitchen & living room with natural light. The ‘boat’ chair in the window is our favourite place, with amazing views across to the sea-green bay beyond the harbour and up to the magnificent Castle Hill. The log burner is also a welcome feature for the chillier summer evenings or for cosying up on dark winter nights. The king sized bedroom is stylish and has rare glimpses across the rooftops across the Paragon.

Our main sea view window has panoramic views of Saundersfoot beach and harbour. The property has 2 double beds one with sea view. Also a private secure decking area also with sea view. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Set on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National park and close to the Amman valley cycleway. It is a tranquil but not isolated wildlife haven and also a peaceful, comfortable home from home. Although set in rural south/mid Wales it is within a village location and within easy access of Swansea, Llanelli and Cardiff as well as the fantastic beaches of the Gower peninsula and Pembrokeshire.
