Transporte público muy cercano, a 1 min andando del metro Estrecho (linea 1) y varias lineas de autobuses. La linea 1 va directa a Sol por lo que se puede llegar al centro en solo 12 minutos. Tiene una decoración con muebles de diseño y dispone de 1 dormitorio independiente con mesillas con cajones, armario abierto con perchas , 1 baño y un salón abierto con cocina perfectamente equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, nevera y lavadora. Tiene además un sofá cama individual en el salón para alojar un tercer huésped. En el salón hay una mesa plegable para alojar hasta 4 comensales.
