Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Light, airy, bright & fresh decor; cozy space with a view of Mt. Chautauqua; near Pinecrest wedding venue. Full amenities: king bed, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Designated parking. Unlimited hiking right out the door. Variety of cuisine within walking distance: steak house, Mexican, bistro, quaint coffee bar, historic ice cream shop, full-menu restaurant overlooking the lake. Shops stocked with local artisans' works. The loft does not accommodate more than two persons--no exceptions.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
