There is one queen bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper in a private bedroom, plus 2 extra-long twin beds & two side chairs in the front room. Amenities include bed and bath linens, soap and shampoo, iron and ironing board, independent temperature control, a telephone and a small refrigerator. No TV in room. The Family Deluxe is our largest occupancy room to accommodate larger families with one queen bed and three extra-long twin beds with foam toppers. This room can comfortably sleep six guests. It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.
