This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard. The yard is shared with guests from Middle Earth rental

The Bunkhouse

Get away from it all when you stay in a fun, renovated outbuilding on a farm. Enjoy lots of open space and nature on 20 acres. Access to trails for ATV's, horses, and biking. Amenities include a fire pit with firewood provided where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. Located near Cedar City where you can be a part of the festivals provided by the city. Located near several national parks including Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We also have a corral for horse boarding.

The Old Mayor's House

Make memories at this unique place. This picturesque vacation rental in the upper level of a historic home is a great spot for four people and the family dog to enjoy all Southern Utah has to offer. Set in downtown Cedar City, you will be immersed in all the action this Utah town has in store with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. This upper-level rental has a charming historic feel and has cable and high-speed internet. There is no elevator to access this upper-level.

Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.

Drive to almost anywhere in Cedar City in less than 15 minutes.

The apartment is an excellent two bedroom walk-in basement that is separate from the primary living space. Keypad entry, separate car port, and a provided laundry room are just a few of the many amenities we offer for a comfortable stay.
