Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

A remodeled space in a great Denver neighborhood with a separate and secure keyless entrance. Just 2 blocks from recently opened café, brew house, wine bar and pizza joint. If you prefer to stay in, there’s a kitchen, living room, workout space and bath. Don’t forget you will also have access to the hot tub.
