Located less than 2 miles from the Ctr Harbor - Lake Winni boat launch & beach and less than a mile from the Red Hill trailhead that affords wonderful views of Squam Lake & Winnipesaukee from the peak. Beach access to small shared pond where you can kayak, canoe, paddle board and swim is within walking distance of the property. Gunstock (35min) and Waterville Valley (45min). Max of 4 people.

Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer!
