Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

House comes equipped with 3 Smart UHD Roku TVs and ultra-fast wifi. Newly painted, new light fixtures, new furniture and new bedding. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need.

Beautiful townhome in a well established, quiet, family neighborhood! This home offers a split floor plan with the main living areas (kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath) downstairs and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The master features a king size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms (one with a twin over full size bunkbed and one with a queen sized bed and traditional desk/workspace) that shares a hall bathroom with a stand up shower and double vanities!

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy condo is located in the highly desirable north Tallahassee community known as Killearn Estates. Guests will enjoy a quiet community lake, many paved walking paths, nearby golf and shopping. Plus, we are just a short, easy drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown and FSU making this the perfect Tally Escape! Our condo features spacious two bedrooms, two full baths and a luxurious back deck to enjoy under the towering oaks.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

This peaceful and centrally-located private guest suite has everything you need. Pull into your own driveway with a private entrance to a comfortable room which has an en-suite bathroom, its own air-conditioning, a mini-fridge and a microwave. The guest room is attached to a residential home in an established neighborhood that is within four miles of the capital and FSU. It's perfect for 2 guests!

Newly renovated private studio with private entrance. We are located at NE Tallahassee, a laidback and safer area of the town. Very quiet and 100% privacy. Within minutes to grocery stores , fine dinner and fast food, gyms etc . I have a ninja grill/bake/broil/stir fries/air crisps/all in one, a coffee maker, a microwave, a portable stove. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.

Wood floors, central AC/heat, 1/2 bath, queen bed with new mattress, fridge, Krueig, microwave, WIFI, TV, closet space, ROBES FOR PRIVATE OUTDOOR HEATED SHOWER and towels. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio. Go Noles!
