Sesmarias Mel is a traditional “Alentejana” style home located amongst the gorgeous rolling hills of the Alentejo region. The 90 ha property is situated just outside the quaint village of Cercal do Alentejo and is surrounded by the meadows and ancient cork-oak trees that are iconic to this part of Portugal. The tracks that pass the property and lead into the scenic surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking/biking, and the beautiful beaches of the Alentejan Coast are a short drive away.

Design Cabin with Private Outdoor Living

This design focused tiny home is on a 105ha farm 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Porto Covo, with a private lake. So close to the beach, and with all the charm of the Alentejo countryside. A large deck opens from the kitchen and living room, with outdoor seating, and another sunset deck with an outdoor bath. Inside you will find a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, a double bed and a mezzanine up the ladder with another double bed. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family getaway.

Casa de Campo perto da Praia

Uma casa especial pela sua simplicidade rodeada pela antiguidade dos muros de pedra de outro tempo. Tem duas áreas amplas contíguas, a sala de estar e sala de refeições com espaço para toda a família se sentir confortável. Os dois quartos são pequenos, ambos com cama de casal. Excecionalmente poderá um quinto elemento dormir no sofá/cama na sala. Tem um wc e uma cozinha ligada ao telheiro de um jardim com muito charme. Fica a 15 minutos das praias entre Porto Covo e VN de Milfontes.

Funky Porch Kitchen & Pool Countryside Style

Casa poldreirinhos de cima is a beautiful taipa house placed in a peaceful valley, located in the village of Lameiros. The House with a natural swimming pool (uv filtered) is on the edge of the small village, overseeing the valley. Although in the middle of the countryside of Alentejo, the access is easy accessible for all cars. Sao Luis, the charming village nearby (5 km), you can find markets, restaurants and other services. It is 20min drive to the beaches of Vila nova de Milfontes

Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf&Beach)

Our home is an agricultural cottage renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

Enjoy the tranquillity of nature, the fantastic views and the serenity for which the Alentejo is so well known. There is a pool and you will receive a breakfast basket every morning so that you can start the day relaxed on your terrace.

T1 com espaço privativo de jardim e piscina aquecida, a poucos minutos da Praia da Samouqueira e da Vila de Porto Covo. Na Cabana foi colocada uma banheira no quarto, junto à ampla janela, de modo a possibilitar a observação dos extensos campos, por onde pastam vacas e ovelhas, e do mar no horizonte. Os tons azuis e amarelados refletem-se no mar, nas dunas e prados, o espectáculo é sublime, sobretudo na hora do pôr-do-sol. Venha viver devagar!

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.
