Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Walk right out the door to public trails-just steps from the Arkansas River, a very short walk to the South Main development, & walkable to Main St. This space has it all! (except a TV :))
