Set in 8 acres of gardens, woods & open spaces, it is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, relax & take in the views. Le Four a Pain is one of two boutique gites with private garden, your own wood-fired hot tub & shared pool. Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Situé en région Sud Charente, Chez Gabard vous invite à séjourner dans un gîte de charme pour 4 personnes avec piscine et entouré d'un grand parc soigneusement entretenu. Niché dans l'enceinte d'un manoir historique, ce havre de paix offre un cadre idéal pour une évasion rurale en famille et vous détendre. Le gîte dispose de deux chambres, un salon avec cuisine equipée, une salle de bains ainsi qu'un jardin privatif. Vous aurez aussi accès aux espaces extérieur : piscine, jaccuzzi, et au parc.

Vous trouverez au rez de chaussez une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro ondes, machine à laver, sèche linge), coin repas, la salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne,wc) ainsi qu'un espace détente avec cheminée et jacuzzi (4 personnes max). A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée. Great for couples or a family, our home is set in beautiful Charentais countryside. We offer comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation in a private apartment over two floors overlooking the pool. Our price includes an excellent continental breakfast with local and home-made produce. Evening meals or a snack platter are available on request. Great location for visits to Cognac, Bordeaux, Angouleme, St Emilion, Brantome, the coast....or just relax!

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
