The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

Bull, racer and rattlesnake. We have seen all of these in the past ten years.
