Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten.
