Avonlea Gardens & Inn - Entire House

Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

This well appointed Century Home (built in 1824) is just steps from historic Chardon Square, which features many shops and restaurants to enjoy during your visit. You will have the entire first floor of the house (1800 sq. ft.) with complete privacy, including a private entrance. Park your car and walk to the Square, grab a bite to eat, and explore. Back at the house, borrow a book to read, watch a movie or TV, and relax. This spot is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy beautiful Chardon!

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Lake Breeze Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Fairport Harbor gem. Fully furnished and beautifully appointed house that is less than .2 of a mile to both Fairport Beach and the quaint downtown of Fairport Harbor and its gorgeous lighthouse. Comfy one room cabin on private 1 acre lake. Sleeps 6 with two sets bunk beds, 2 cots. Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.

Welcome! Enjoy the simplicity of this country home in a peaceful and serene, setting located in Geauga County. Only 1.5 miles away from Basil Place Wedding Venue Built in 1901 this house is newly renovated while keeping original character charm. New hardwood flooring throughout the first floor and new appliances. Fresh paint, renovated bathrooms. New kitchen with custom cabinets. New staircase to second floor. The house overlooks a farm pond and pastures for grazing.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
