We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

Drive the back road to New River National Park for an adventure. This room is set up for a short visit or a long stay. Hot homemade fresh breakfast included.

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center.
