Bella Vista

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central, proche de tous commerces, bars, restaurants, places, dans le centre historique. Vue vers la Dronne et sur le château. A 500 mètres du camping et de la plage, terrain de tennis, canoé kayak et de plusieurs sentiers de randonnées vers les communes voisines. Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 185m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer

Cette maison typique de notre région avec un salon en pierre et poutres apparentes .Des cheminées en pierre dans les deux pièces principales peuvent vous donner un peu de chaleur les jours pluvieux . Elle est dans le cadre d'un moulin, au bord de la DRONNE, jolie petite rivière ombragée et poissonneuse ( de deuxième catégories). A proximité vous avez un plan d'eau aménagé , baignade, tennis mini-golf . Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni automatiquement .
