Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Nestled on a small hobby farm off a quiet gravel road, this place is the perfect spot to get away from the city. Whether you’re seeking some peacetime, a quiet place to reconnect with yourself, a loved one, and nature, you’ll be sure to find it out here.This is my own personal retreat and sanctuary that I call home. The front porch is a great spot to relax or read a book in the summer. The nice fireplace will keep you and a loved one warm on those chilly winter nights. Great space to relax.

The Aberdeen St. Charles, MN

The Aberdeen features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, 1 bathroom, and an open concept living room and kitchen, perfect for gathering! This lower level apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is steps away from the main street attractions. Bin There, Done That inspiration came from the television series "Texas Flip N Move." During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born. Here you will find a place to relax and refresh, a farming community surrounded by nature, good eateries, and local artisans.
