Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. The Tree House, Admire Pristine Mountain View’s

Pop open a cold drink and have a seat on a sunny deck, or recline in a leather armchair beside the wood-burning stove in the living room. The Tree House is a 2 bedroom 1 bath A-frame cabin built in 1971 overlooking the trees. Our home has a beautiful picture window that allows for amazing scenery as you sit and enjoy friends & family inside or on the deck. Our home was renovated by us in 2017/2018, it has been so much fun to be hands on while our vision has come together to give an industrial rustic feel. The Tree House can be used as a base camp as it is centrally located in the NC mountains ...10 Minutes to Historic Flat Rock & the Flat Rock Play House, 15 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 15 Minutes to Dupont State Park, 20 Minutes to Brevard, 35 Minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center, 45 Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway, 45 Minutes to Asheville, & 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. Once you head up the driveway you will have parking for 3 vehicles on the parking pad. Do not park in the garage. Please use caution when pulling in and backing around deck support poles. Guests will have access to the entire property minus one owners closet with a pad lock. Available as needed by text, phone, email. I will be happy to recommend cool restaurants, breweries and area attractions. We love to hike so we can provide suggestions on hikes in the area. The cabin is set a top a plot of land along a private gravel road, yet only minutes by car from downtown Hendersonville’s dining and shopping. Pay a visit to Carl Sandburg's Home, then grab a cold one at Oklawaha Brewing Company. A vehicle is reccomended We have a Insignia Roku TV & DVD player. The TV is attached to an antenna with about 15 stations and it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Google Play, & Sling. Guest will have to use their account logins for the apps

National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Watch the sun set over Lookout Mountain from a rocker on the 2nd-floor balcony. Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. On the UTC Campus a short walk to exciting Downtown restaurants and entertainment. A very quiet, safe neighborhood away from customary Downtown or MLK traffic noise patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. Dog friendly rental and neighborhood. Enjoy quiet evenings in this friendly neighborhood vs. noisier parts of downtown near busy streets & boisterous bars. This 3-bedroom home with an upstairs sleeper sofa can sleep eight and contains sitting areas upstairs and down, both equipped with Cable TV and Wifi and a laundry room should you need it. The home was built in 1891 and has been totally renovated & updated with modernness. Cross the road to reach the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Fine Arts School. Take a tour of local historic homes, and walk to numerous downtown dining and entertainment spots. Chattanooga's famed outdoor venues are only a short hop away. A city-owned bicycle rental station is just across the street. This quiet, safe neighborhood away from Downtown and MLK traffic noise is patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Uber is everywhere - this is a college campus. Or driving to Downtown is less than 5 minutes. Great restaurants, great attractions like the Hunter Museum, aquarium, riverboat dinner, or just strolling through a neighborhood of the oldest mansions of Chattanooga.

No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No firearms. Please observe city noise ordinance. (11 pm - 8:00 am). We provide plastic ware for the pool - please no glass of any kind outside. We charge a $500 fee for any evidence of glass out back. Our goal is for you to have a great trip. Outdoor security cameras on site. We prefer rental age 25 and over. Centrally located between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Phipp's Plaza and Lenox Mall. Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included. In ground pool with one of the few diving boards in the neighborhood. Very open and light. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud comings and goings between 10 pm and 8 am. The entire home. The master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. There is a full bathroom also on the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bathroom between them. Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour and we are happy to meet them in person. Morningside/Virginia Highland is an oasis within the city. The house is in the city, a short walk to local shops and restaurants; parks and outdoor activities are on the doorstep. Sporting events and concerts are also a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, MARTA Our favorite neighborhood and one of the best/most convenient in Atlanta.

Gorgeous Bungalow on the Beltline

This stunning bungalow was featured in the 2014 Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. It features 12 ft ceilings, comfortable, colorful furniture, soothing jetted baths in 2.5 bathrooms, and a charming backyard with a grill for relaxing afternoons and starlit evenings. I renovated this 1882 bungalow in 2014, and it was featured on the Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. The home has a spacious, open-concept, contemporary feel, with a warmth of eclectic furnishings. The space features a 10 ft' kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, decorative fireplace, 3 bedrooms (with high-end queen-sized beds) and 2.5 baths, with two jetted tubs. You can also enjoy the charming backyard from the backporch, with ample lounge and dining seating. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Old Fourth Ward is an exciting neighborhood home to locals and A-list celebrities. It boasts trendy restaurants and bars, the historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as Martin Luther King's birth home and museum all nearby. There are three Marta stations within 2 miles of the house; one is 1.2 miles. UBER is extremely convenient and always available within a few minutes, so I don't ever bother with taxis. Uber is also about half the price to the airport as taxis. There is also a bike rental shop 1 block away on the Beltline, where you can walk or bike to Piedmont Park, Midtown and Inman Park. Definitely check out the "Beltline"; it's a hugely popular paved biking and walking trail just 1 block from the house that takes you through great neighborhoods and ends at Atlanta's largest park (Piedmont Park). Locals go there to see and be seen, bar hop, and exercise.

Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Aiden

Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.

The area borders Little Five Points, Inman Park, Lake Claire, Druid Hills, and Edgewood. Walk—or take a quick ride share—to many restaurants and bars.
