Welcome to my one bedroom flat, sited on the Ipswich quayside. With asecure car parking space. One super king size bed. Access to the car park and the flat hall way is via a fob system. Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The apartment comprises an entrance lobby with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, tableware for 2), a 5-piece modern bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, sink, bidet) and a magnificent master bedroom with a huge four-poster bed. Fawkes Perch is a self-contained studio apartment furnished in a contemporary style in West Mersea. It's a 5 minute walk from the beautiful monkey beach.The apartment is below our own flat and is one large room, with a king size double bed and a large corner sofa-bed. It has a small kitchen too. The property is ideal for a couple but the sofa bed in the room which would be ideal for children but would be a bit cosy for four adults in the room unless you all knew each other really well!

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

The Vinery

The Vinery is a bright, self-contained studio within beautiful surroundings. Rolling countryside views to Radwinter Church make this a peaceful and restful stay. River and village walks are highly recommended. We welcome dogs; we have two of our own. Close by is the medieval market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge, Stansted Airport, London and the village pub are all within easy access. Sorry, no smokers.

very central location, self-contained flat within a large apartment in a converted school. one double bedroom, room for single guest on mezzanine above kitchen/diner, walk-in shower. mezzanines are accessed by steep unguarded stairs and therefore this flat is not suitable for young children. listed price is for two guests. if second (single) bed is needed there is an additional charge.
