An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Fremantle Hospital is an eight-minute walk; Fremantle Prison is an eleven-minute walk. The ferries from B Shed to Rottnest Island are a twenty-minute walk or seven-minute drive.
