Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Take a stroll down to the lake for a picnic, spot a platypus, bird watching or just relax and enjoy the serenity. Dunoon is close to Whian Whian State Forrest, Terrania Creek, Minyon Falls, Nimbin, The Channon and a 30min drive to Bangalow and Byron Bay. The well stocked Dunoon General Store is 500m down the road and The Sports Club is a short walk

Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away
