Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. Welcome to a sweet little retreat located in the Old Calhoun district of Clemson, SC . This newly renovated 2 bedrooms/2 bath house with a pull-out couch sleeps a total of 6 . Memorial Stadium, downtown and campus are all within walking distance. Public access to Lake Hartwell is conveniently located less than one mile away at Twelve Mile Park. Additionally, The Clemson Experimental Forest with access to miles of hiking , biking and horseback riding trails is under 10 minutes away.

Your Clemson Sports and Academic Headquarters

Less than a mile to campus. I worked for the athletic department for 26 years. I can answer many of your questions. I am the author of "Clemson Through The Eyes of The Tiger." A book about all the former mascots. Located at the end of Perimeter Road, you will have easy access to Death Valley, all the athletic facilities, campus, and downtown Clemson. The dining room table was made from the Littlejohn Coliseum floor the year after the Tigers won the ACC Regular Season in 1990.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
