Los Apartamentos Standard están en la mitad inferior del edificio y la mayoría de ellos dispone de sol directo (de mañana o de tarde) y con terrazas amplias. Son apartamentos exteriores con vistas hacia las calles adyacentes y dependiendo de la orientación pueden estar orientado a la piscina o hacia el parque, encontrarán la orientación de cada apartamento en su descripción. Dentro de estos apartamento los Apartamento standard 1 dormitorio + terraza son cómodos y luminosos con terraza amplia donde podrán disfrutar del sol desde primera hora de la mañana hasta el principio de la tarde. Situados en la fachada que da a la piscina, con orientación Sureste, disponen grandes ventanales hacia la terraza desde el salón y la habitación. Apartamento con cama de matrimonio.
