Cozy Home, Rural Setting! Pet Friendly.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home away from home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has a history going all the way back to the early 1900's. Locals tell stories about "Aunt Lu" sitting on the front porch using her telephone, as the cord was stretched out front door. This home also served as the local TV repair shop for a number of years. Come visit this cute home away from home, and relax in rural East Tennessee, only minutes from the Cosby and the Great Smoky Mts.

Bordering Cosby Creek with about 1500ft of creek frontage where you can fish and relax in the creek.
