You will have a birds eye view of the Verde Valley and the Red Rocks of Sedona. Enjoy a peaceful stay on the top floor of this historical building filled with natural light and amazing views. Witness the beauty of the valley lights and stars at night or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck at sunrise. Note: there is up to 90 stairs to the top of the building where the Loft is. Jerome is a short walk down the hill, where you can experience unique shops, restaurants, galleries and wine tastings.

This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint & well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, urban trail, & a 10 min walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced & shaded with several big trees (please see House Rules). Very inviting, relaxing, & outdoor vibe. We have 2 friendly adopted doodle dogs & we allowed guests to bring friendly dogs for a fee ($20 a dog per night). For your best experience, please read full descriptions before booking. Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix. This one of a kind loft was originally built in 1924 as apartments and later converted to condos. The loft has been featured in numerous commercials, publications, and home tours. The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.
