Private upper deck to the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath suite with Open Kitchen, Living & Game Area w/ large flat screen TVs, Pool, Ping Pong & Foosball table. Peaceful lake retreat centrally located between USC and Fort Jackson. Columbia is the capital city of SC located in the midlands just 2 hours away from the mountains, the beach and the river town of Augusta where The Masters are played. Historic day trips to Charleston, Beaufort or Savanna are easily done. Or, take a stroll in historic downtown Columbia just 15 minutes away. Tennis, frisbee golf, and kayaking in our backyard. Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

10 Mile View on Lake Murray w/ Dock and Ramp

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Our family welcomes yours to our cute cabin! Located in Lexington, SC, our cabin has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Bring your fishing pole to fish the pond. Take a dip in the pool or hot tub. Check out our garden and chickens. Fire up the grill for dinner and then relax by the fire pit while the sun sets over the pond. Please note: We may stop by to check on the garden/turkeys or to do yard work or maintain the pool and hot tub. The property isn’t 100% private.

All bathrooms are stylish and modern. The Master Suite has a huge rain fall shower and a walk in closet. In the fenced in back yard you will find a spacious family area with a Gas Grill and 7 person Hot tub. Even plenty of run for the fury family members.
