The Apartment

Relax at Canyon Lake, TX in our upstairs garage apartment. This is a 1 room apartment with a queen bed and a full air mattress (kept in the closet in the apt). It has a couch, recliner, full bath & a kitchenette. Outside sitting area with a gas grill - perfect for sunsets. The apartment is located on the southwest section of Canyon Lake, only 18 minutes from New Braunfels, the Schlitterbahn waterpark, historic Gruene, TX as well as the Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing on the Guadalupe river.

Located in downtown New Braunfels on the Guadalupe River, experience The Cielo; stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bath located at Cation on the Guadalupe. With a cool sky-blue palette, pops of sunshine yellow, and modern decor, this serene yet swanky suite is designed for relaxation. Located on the first floor, it features an extended patio with seating for coffee or cocktails and a shaded picnic table for dining al fresco. Note: This unit is in Building One, facing the parking lot, not the lawn or river.

A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

Downtown New Braunfels-HistoricTelegraph Station#1

Walking distance to everything in downtown New Braunfels. Constructed in mid 19th century, this historic structure is the site of the first telegraph office in New Braunfels. The Telegraph Station sleeps up to 4. These units are Texas Registered Historic Landmarks. Built in 1846, they are positioned in an ideal location to take advantage of tubing, shopping, downtown restaurants, and local bars. Newly remodeled in 2018, the original fachwerk walls have been exposed to show off its charm.

Guests will get a wonderful night's rest on our comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens after tubing the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers or splashing around at the Schlitterbahn Water Park. The large, completely renovated open concept kitchen/living area are perfect for relaxing.

At your leisure, explore our 5 acres with hundreds of oak trees and abundant wildlife. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for deer, fox, turkey, opossums, coyotes, owls, road-runners and raccoons

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.
