Sandy River Chalet

Welcome to the Sandy River Chalet. Located within the Huron National Forest, this is a two-bedroom/one- bathroom cabin. The cabin sits on 1.5 acres, of which a third is wooded. This cabin is a comfortable camp for fishing and hunting enthusiasts. Canoe/Kayak rentals are available from several businesses in the area. Other outdoor activities include hiking, biking, ATV and boating/fishing at one of the local lakes or the Mio Pond. Please enjoy to the fullest but be respectful to the property.

The Dollar Inn - Rural cabin with modern amenities

There's plenty of space to enjoy and relax with the whole family at our cabin that sits on its own 2.5 acres. This is the perfect place to relax and sit around the campfire, but also with the perks of high speed internet. The small town of Fairview is only two miles away to stock up on supplies. We are also close to the AuSable river for tubing or fishing, golf courses, and Hoist Lake foot trails. All dirt bikes and all ORV vehicles must trailer in and out and not be driven on the property!

SIMMONS CAMP RIVERBEND IS A SLOW-THE-TEMPO PLACE WHERE SIMPLE THINGS CREATE INCREDIBLE MOMENTS. Located on the beautiful AuSable River, a 138-mile river abundant with wildlife and blue ribbon trout fishing, surrounded by the pristine pines of the Huron-Manistee National Forest and ready access to trails for hiking or horse-back riding and ATVs. Our camp features a completely renovated, glamped-up guest cabin situated on the AuSable with a bonus bunkhouse that feels more like a quiet nook.

A great up north get away! Close to the AuSable River, state and federal land, and trails!! 4 kayaks and 1 canoe are included. A nice fire pit and gas grill. Close to the landing to put the kayaks in. The cabin has everything you need: all bedding, towels, washcloths, dishtowels, coffee maker, microwave, gas and charcoal grill , outdoor chairs and games etc. All you need are your clothes, food and personal items. There are outdoor and indoor games. A DVD player and all types of movies.

Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Most walls are pine except first floor master bedroom/bath. There is a theater in the lower level with more than 50 family videos and a 110” screen for viewing videos and TV. Internet is HughesNet satellite which is very slow. Verizon phone and texting service is the only phone service available. Some sleeping areas are in adjacent bldgs. Indoor weddings also available. If you are planning a wedding at this beautiful location there is a wedding fee & lots of guest parking.
