TAVERNA RUSTICA IN DIMORA DEL 1600

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

Abitazione adatta anche a n. 2 famiglie di amici, 3 camere, (totale 8 letti+ 1 in aggiunta su richiesta), 3 bagni, caminetto, ampio spazio all'aperto per pallavolo , badminton, bocce, freccette. Biancheria da letto e da bagno disponibile a noleggio.

La nuovissima Suite Val di Sole è situata ai piedi delle Dolomiti di Brenta nel comune di Commezzadura in Val di Sole, è circondata dal gruppo del Brenta, dell’Ortles-Cevedale e dell’Adamello Presanella. Illuminata è il nome di una delle Suite interamente arredata in legno dai nostri artigiani di valle con maxi letto rotondo, camino a fiamma simulata doccia emozionale con cascata e cromoterapia vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi e sauna finlandese.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
