Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity. Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. The house is separated in two structures, and offers an escape, where the hustle of cars is replaced by the presence of nature. Each bedroom, offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. Walking distance from the beach!

Our house is located in Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a 5-minute drive away from the beaches of Comporta, Carvalhal and Pego. You can also rent a bike nearby and access secluded beaches which are not easily accessible by car. The well preserved natural reserve of pine forest right in front of our house is perfect for a morning walk.

7 Boxes House is an architect's house inspired by the traditional architecture of the area, in the Carrasqueira Palafitic Pier, a structure of wooden pillars and beams that supports a walkway that gives access to small buildings on one side and the other, where fishermen keep their fishing utensils. The house is built on sand, elevated above the ground using wooden piles. It is made up of seven wooden volumes, arranged on both sides of the walkway that joins them.
