This "farmhouse" style cottage is typical of homestead homes in the area. This is a modest historic home that began as a school house. Kadoka is a safe, quiet ranching community on the edge of the Badlands and I90. You will be 20 miles from the entrance to the Badlands National Park, 35 miles from Wall drug and 90 Miles from the Black Hills & Rapid City. This is a small community ( pop700 ). Late in the day or weekends can be very sleepy, limited amenities, but no traffic! Safe for solo.

Weekend travelers: Park on street next to Cabin. On Friday or Saturday nights we have events under the event tent on the lot that go past midnight (Check Wakin' Bacon FB page for dates). Wakin' Bacon food truck is available onsite. This cozy cabin is located in the heart of Wall only 8 miles from the Badlands. Find refuge in a comfortable space while exploring the Badlands, the Black Hills, and all SD has to offer. This one room cabin is spacious and inviting as it was recently remodeled.

Charming 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, restored 1880s historic home. Lots of historic charm left in place to enjoy. Nine foot ceilings, 5 & 6 foot high windows, original doors and trim and more. 1 mile or less to downtown Rapid City, restaurants, shopping, The Monument Civic Center, 11 mile paved bike path on the Rapid Creek, Hanson-Larson park with 20 miles of hiking / mountain biking trails, playgrounds, parks and so more. Convenient off-street parking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The tiny house is not an actual tiny house, a one bedroom with 1 queen bed, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Lazy boy reclining love seat, and a lazy boy recliner (very comfortable) for watching a movie in front of a faux fireplace. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The microwave is air fryer/microwave. Enjoy your evening/morning sitting on the covered porch with your favorite beverage.

This is my townhome in west Rapid City. I invite to you my welcoming downstairs, air conditioned, basement bedroom, bath, and living room with a smart TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee, tea, blender and toaster area. Snacks included.
