Our listing is for people looking for a quiet stay near the beach or place to work...it is not a place for parties or rowdiness. The space is a self contained apartment that makes up the top floor of our home. We will be living downstairs but you will have a seperate entry and your own privacy.

This stunning property is a finalist in the 2015 NSW Architectural Awards. Architecturally designed, two bedroom, copper clad residence. Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). If you have mobility issues or have significant amounts of luggage / strollers please factor this into your decision to book. Well worth the effort if you're up for it. 😊

Mary's Place is a charming federation house that offers travellers from near and far a wonderful home base to explore the city, the Eastern beach suburbs or just to relax after a fun day at the local beach. The beach and food outlets of Coogee are a short 5-minute walk away. Bus stops to the city, Eastgardens shopping areas and Bondi and other beach suburbs are also within easy walking distance. The home has two outdoor spaces and two living areas, one which can also be used as a bedroom.

With generous open plan living, dining and kitchen space, there is room inside and out to enjoy each other’s company. The patio has direct access to the swimming pool and back garden, (this is the only space shared by us) Three comfortable size bedrooms and a full kitchen with everything you should need. There is security cameras in the front entrance and leading to back rear spiral stairs .
