Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

This unique cottage is a great getaway with ample parking for cars and boats. It is located 3 miles up the road from Paces Point boat ramp. New Waters church is 1-1/2 miles away. 30 minutes from Auburn and located centrally for all activities on the lake. 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two “locals choice” restaurants are within 2 miles and many more around this area of the lake. Our kitchen is a small efficiency WITHOUT a dishwasher but has all the pots, pans and things needed.

This 2 bedroom, one bath Tiny Home has one Queen bed, and 2 twin beds. There is also a Pack-N-Play available for children. Tiny Home is only 3 miles to Monster Mountain MX Park, less than 10 minutes outside the city of Tallassee, AL, where you will find several fast food, family owned restaurants, Coffee Shop, grocery stores and Walmart. 25 minutes from Montgomery, 25 minutes from Lake Martin, 45 minutes from Auburn, AL. Kitchen has stove, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.
