Brand New Modern Cabin walk to town

This brand new cabin was built using green construction and features a living green roof. It is an open concept 1 bedroom with all new fixtures and a soaking tub. You can walk to town in approximately 10-12 minutes. This is in a neighborhood so there are visible neighbors but the architect utilized the natural surroundings to make it feel like you are in the woods. The beauty of this house is it’s access to town. If you look at my past reviews it’s the same location but a new house in front.

The Owl’s Nest (Family Cabin in the Catskills)

Stroll Sickler road to see fall colors on Mt. Oldenbark. Spring brings the snow runoff and our waterfall rushes and the flowers bloom! Our cozy cabin is right on Route 212 in Mount Tremper, between Woodstock and Phoenicia, in close proximity to everything the sublime Catskills have to offer like hiking, skiing, swimming, and fishing. We are 20 minutes to Belleayre, 25 to Hunter, and 40 to Windham Mountains for the best of Catskills skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. The Pines restaurant is a short 5 minute walk from the cabin and home to local eclectic cuisine.
