Το αεροδρόμιο Ε.Βενιζέλος και η Αθήνα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1 ώρας από την κατοικία. Η παραλία και το πάρκινγκ σκαφών Αλμύρα είναι στα 300 μέτρα. Το κέντρο των Αγ.Θεωδώρων είναι 7 λεπτά από την κατοικία. Ενώ 15 λεπτά απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο είναι το Καζίνο Λουτρακίου. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν μεταφορά από το σταθμό τρένου Αγίων Θεοδώρων.

Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.
