Ideal for couples, families, hikers, and music lovers, the apartment is minutes from Stone Mountain Arts Center and less than one mile from AMC hiking trails—a quiet, scenic base for outdoor recreation, concerts, and exploring western Maine.

A unique and inviting second floor apartment. Located in what was originally a carriage repair shop. Renovated into living space, the apartment offers a comfortable living room with high ceilings and exposed beams. A well equipped kitchen area, bedroom with two double beds and full bathroom. Our beautiful area offers a variety of activities including a scenic town beach a short walk down the road, hiking trails for all level, antique shops, great restaurants, seasonal fairs, and orchards.

We have walking trails, firepit, and a barbecue area. The house sits across the street from crystal lake, with a boat launch 3/4 mile down the road with a parking area. An easy 20-minute drive to Portland. Supermarket, gas station, and restaurant less than five minutes away and ten minutes from Gray exit to 95.

Just down the road (5 minutes) to downtown Portland, Willard Beach, or Knightville, and 10-15 minutes to Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth beaches.

When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Welcome to our recently renovated home , built in the late 1890's in the heart of beautiful Tamworth Village, right on quiet Main st. A quick 5 minute walk to "downtown", Remick Farm and museum, Barnstormers summer theatre and The Other Bakery. Tamworth is home to many local hiking trails from easy walks to over 4000 foot summits. Great place in the winter with miles of free , groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails as well.

The outdoor activities are endless, from hiking, biking, snowshoeing, alpine/x country skiing , golfing, horseback riding and tons of shopping at the infamous "outlet stores" You’ll love the cabin because of it's rustic motif, quiet neighborhood, and fresh mountain air. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, biz travelers, and furry friends .
