The Bailey Suite is a large, king, en-suite room with an optional adjoining single room. This is an adult-only property (over 18s). Both rooms have lovely views over the garden and valley. It's on the first floor of Cusgarne Manor, a gorgeous Grade II* listed boutique B&B in the heart of rural Cornwall. Guests have access to a comfortable snug, honesty bar, garden and a 13-acre private nature reserve. Our breakfasts include home-made bread and hold the Taste of the West Gold Award.

Harris double room B&B Cusgarne Manor, adults only

The Harris Room is on the 2nd floor of Cusgarne Manor, an adults-only, historic Grade II* listed boutique B&B in the heart of rural Cornwall, with fabulous views over the garden and down the valley. It's a quirky attic room which is level with the orchard with its resident goats, Gary and Frank. Guests have access to the comfortable snug, honesty bar, garden and a 13-acre private nature reserve. Our breakfasts include home-made bread and have won a Taste of the West Gold Award.

Beautifully decorated and newly renovated Smarties offers you a more personable and comfortable stay. Ideally located, we are a short walk from Fistral beach, nightlife, restaurants and shops.

The Lelant - Vintage Experience at Britannia House

The Lelant (19m2) a comfortable vintage-style twin room with en-suite. The two beds and chairs and bedside cabinet are circa 19th century French romantic style. There is a flat-screen TV with internet streaming access. Tea and coffee-making facilities are in place. We have provided lined curtains and room-darkening blinds. The two windows overlook the quiet village lanes, and each fitted with attractive window seats.

Sennen Cove is a lovely light spacious room with a large en-suite With a selection of double, triple and bunk rooms, mostly en-suite i can cater for families & larger groups too.
