The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No noise or lights allowed outside of the house between 10 pm and 7 am.
