Or take the opportunity to stay indoors in the heated/air conditioned garage and start your own pool tournament. *This sits on our active cattle ranch, the driveway is shared by us.

A cute cabin getaway in the heart of lake Benton, Minnesota located right beneath “Hole In The Mountain” state park. This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.
