Situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood steps away from Seal Bay Park trails. 35 minutes from Mt. Washington, 9 minutes from Comox/Powell River Ferry Terminal, 14 minutes from Comox Airport, and 9 minutes away from Costco and the Comox Hospital. Private room, private bathroom, and private patio. Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. You'll have the entire lower floor of our split level house to yourself - a full suite complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and outdoor patio area. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

The suite is a one-of-a-kind private & fully equipped 1-bedroom suite. It resides in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful forest views and glimpses of the ocean & mountains. A king-size bed, comfortable couch, smart TV, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with a tub and shower are all included in this spacious suite. Outside the suite there is a garden and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee while viewing the forest and listening to bird sounds.

The Eagle's Nest is an entirely private, gorgeously renovated kitchenette suite at tree top level, filled with light, with brand new bathroom, amenities, and comfort. We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.

Cozy Comox Character Suite

You will be close to everything in our centrally located character suite. We are within walking distance to downtown Comox and the Comox Marina, where you will find many cafes, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Several beaches, parks, and forests are very near, and Mount Washington is just a 30 minute drive away. The local hospital, pool, and arena are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
