The whole family or group of friends will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, located in the Golf Estate, and only 1 kilometre to the beautiful sands of Safety Beach, which is ideal for families. Very close to shops, cafes (best bakery on the peninsula a stone's thow away) and an abundance of restaurants. Close by are wineries, gin distilleries, beer gardens, Torello farm for organic fruit and vegetables and wholesale meat & seafood. Just arrive, unpack and enjoy!

Perfect penguin parade stop-over, romantic getaway, family holiday, dark skies photography or surf trip. Relax and enjoy the view, have a BBQ on the patio, 5min walk to explore Sunderland Bay or 10min scenic walk along the headland to Surf Beach. Many come to spot the whales and orcas from the carpark, you will see them with your binoculars from the comfort of my home.
