Welcome to our cozy, art-filled studio in Duncan, Cowichan Valley. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it's the perfect home base. The suite is beside our home, with full privacy. Enjoy a deck, hammock, and year-round private hot tub. Inside, full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a propane range, and a bar fridge. It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

All the comforts of a modern cabin in our newly built "Jordan River Cabin" nestled amongst 3 acres of tall evergreens with floor to ceiling window views. Fire up the BBQ on the wrap around deck. Wood stove comes supplied with kindling & firewood. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Fresh towels & linens for 2 king size bedrooms & 2 rain shower bathrooms, a huge soaker bathtub upstairs, a hot outdoor rain shower + wood fired cedar hot tub & a newly added meditation deck!

Watch the boats come and go, the abundant wildlife, or just relax by the electric fireplace. On the door step of the Cowichan Valley (aka The Warm Land, because it boasts Canada warmest year-round temperatures) and Central Vancouver Island, close to Brentwood Bay College, Shawnigan Lake, the Gulf Islands, and 45 mins to downtown Victoria or 1 hour to downtown Nanaimo.

Oasis is a 20' diameter geodesic dome nestled in the forest in Lake Cowichan, BC. Experience the beauty of nature with the comforts of a boutique hotel. Inside the dome is your kitchenette, electric fireplace, cozy sitting area, wifi and an expansive DVD collection. Adjacent to the dome you will find your own 3-piece bathroom & an outdoor, covered kitchen. Enjoy a propane fire pit and your own private 2-person hot tub to bask in the ambiance of the evening. Forest Hideout

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Cowichan Bay View Getaway

Take a break to unwind in beautiful Cowichan Bay on Vancouver Island - about a 40 minute drive from Victoria BC. Our renovated (in June 2023) suite is at the end of a no-through road and is only a 5-10 minute walk into the village to a fabulous, organic craft bakery, artisan shops, restaurants, a museum, a pub, a small grocery/liquor store and a popular ice cream/candy store. (Seasonal) kayak/paddle-board rentals & whale watching excursions for hire. Cowichan District Hospital 15 min drive.

Step Inn Stones is a delightful, private entry suite located in the quaint Historical Village of Cowichan Bay, BC. Located on a no-through road above the village with a beautiful ocean view for a tranquil getaway, we are a five-minute walk to fine dining, shops, pubs, marinas and more. Our newly renovated suite has a small kitchenette, bar counter with a view, new comfy queen sized bed, seating for relaxing, reading and TV watching and a bathroom with heated floors and a rain head shower.

The cabin is designed for a cozy place to unwind, relax and be your Cowichan home base. Featuring a wood burning fireplace, classic claw foot tub, comfortable linens and of course an expansive private deck with field views- the perfect place to cozy up and enjoy your local coffee in the morning or local glass of wine after a day on the town.

Trails through the surrounding rain forest are steps away with renowned wineries and other attractions in the immediate area. Victoria is 45 minute drive or bus trip away.
