The back facing, completely covered deck is a lovely shaded sitting area that offers an extension to this cozy condo. This condo offers a micro kitchenette which includes a toaster, electric kettle, small coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and plates/glasses/cups/cutlery for two. No stove, oven or kitchen sink.

Ideally looking for longer term stays but all are welcome. Keep it simple at this peaceful centrally-located place in Uptown, Victoria. Park your car on the street for free, and catch a bus to downtown (the nearest stop is a 3-min. walk from the house). Shops and recreation centre are within walking distance. Guests have access to a shared bathroom, dining area, and patio. Please NOTE: Washer and dryer are only available once per week to guests staying long term (minimum 1 week stay).

It shares a large communal deck that overlook the grounds, Silva Bay, the Flat Top Island and across to the North Shore mountains.
