We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment just two miles from the centre of Edinburgh. Set in a private, gated apartment block with a very pleasant courtyard and a secure underground parking space included (2m height restriction). The apartment itself is on the 4th floor (lift access) and has recently been completely renovated. Hotel grade linen and towels included. Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.
